The last of us (Adam) - have more information, more history, more libraries, more books, more art, more culture, more of EVERYTHING - to see more of God's attributes. Id choose these times over the past times anytime of the day! What a time to be alive! The game has more levels and more characters! Great topic and great analogy Sam!

I think I see what you mean, but to be careful, in prudent fear. Greater numbers of those of past communities will be of those brought near for a reason, and "more" as a quantity of temporal experience may be bought at the cost of "next to nothing left" in terms of quality of satisfaction and meaning - certainly for the vast majority.

For sure I'd agree that I would choose to be tethered to the Qur'an in this age over any other. To enjoy the siren song, whilst firmly tied to the Centre, and those around me have not ears to hear (potentially for their own good...)

"Enjoyment of a delusion", and "competition for increase" .. that is 100% what a game is. Alhamdulilah.

To not get lost in the role, but thereby play it to the hilt, in serenity even if amidst extremity.

Also, this helps align Buddhist Annatta/Non-self (NOT reincarnation, but see Guenon and Evola for that) with Eternity in Janna/Gehenna. The role is not Eternal, but our actions in the role echo in Eternity. And resurrection MUST be embodied, for there is no role without the prop and costume... to put on as Allah/Non-self pleases, perhaps.
