So what is the master plan on the basis of which the elites are executing their strategy? In my view, it all boils down to Satan's promise to God of bringing with him as many humans to hell as he possibly can, and now it seems to me with the maximum humiliation inflicted. Tactics are hard to predict but your macroscopic view, both in terms of understanding the realpolitik as well as the inevitability of punishment through an act of God following a refusal to repent, is right on the money.
One thing I struggle with is my understanding of how the tier 2 of the matrix operates. In other words, is the level where Biden-Putin types operate for real or is it all theatre? Are they in on the con or being forced to be part of the con by those sitting at the very top?

I think you hit the nail in the head... I would have to agree that it seems that the initial goal is to break down the current system starting with the West... and from what I can see the plan seems to be working flawlessly! You make a solid point that there are no "favorites" its all one big agenda which is to consolidate all countries and usher in a new technique based system which we can not even imagine and which we only get a glimpse of from fiction... I agree that it's only a matter of time before all the pieces come together and there is no stopping it.
The issue I am struggling with is why would Man do this to mankind? I mean a natural man/woman that is not influenced by Evil would never bring mankind to this stage so this always leads me to the Quranic verse:
"Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy. He only invites his party to be among the companions of the fire."
"O mankind! Eat of what is lawful and good on earth, and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Surely he is your open enemy."
"Satan threatens you with poverty and orders you to immorality, while Allah promises you forgiveness from Him and bounty. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."
I truly believe that at the top of this ruling hand are such forces and they have that hold on the "elites" which you describe. We are at a dark age and the hour can come at any moment, how long this will last is anyones guess but it seems that things will continue to deteriorate at a rapid rate especially for people who think and try to resist this.
